that is a tribute to our founder William P. Bro's great-grandfather, W. M. Welch, whose company was world-renown provider of scientific apparatus
and laboratory and classroom supplies, founded in the late 19th Century in rural Iowa. It
should be noted that Mr. Bro's business enterprises have never manufactured or sold products containing asbestos, a known carcinogen.
